This is why our L-HOB combination lances for heating and metallurgical oxygenation offer outstanding oxygen supply rates and a long life cycle.

When developing low calofiric gas burners, the utilisation of process gases was important to us. The patented burner technology has a large control range combined with low emissions.

Our portfolio comprises systems and solutions for the process steps melting, holding, refining and for the thermal treatment of semi-finished products. Even for very high alloy requirements we have the right solution.

Our systems prove their reliability already in the first process step, the melting process. The efficiency is not limited to particular quantities of recycling material. The burners reach and precisely maintain the temperature profile required for the holding process. In order to introduce the metallurgical required amount of oxidation medium into the copper melt we use burner systems, lance or bottom purging systems adapted to the process.

As diverse are the application possibilities of copper as material, as different are the quality requirements for the semi-finished product. Whatever their specific thermal process requirements might be, we create the individual solution required for your success.
