The intelligent combination and proper tuning of these four elements makes the cleaning installation smart and is combined by Clyde Bergemann into the SMART CLEAN ISB PLATFORM.

The DIAGNOSTICS delivers a signal about the actual, local fouling situation in the steam generator.

The INTELLIGENCE calculates, determines and decides upon the appropriate cleaning action, by means of

  • when to clean
  • how to clean

The CONTROL SYSTEM starts the cleaning process and makes sure that the cleaning technology is actuated according to the decision of the optimisation system.

The CLEANING DEVICES are enabling the necessary cleaning action in the required heat exchager zone in a targeted and selective mode.
This Closed Loop Approach makes the cleaning system self learning and leads to a flexible and high efficient solution.
