Clyde Bergemann Power Group is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of Environmental Elements Corporation (EEC) in USA and its subsidiary company in UK, Environmental Elements (UK) Limited (EEUK).
EEC is a technology leader in Air Pollution Control products and solutions and has installed more than 1000 Electro Static Precipitators (ESPs) and Fine Particle Agglomerators in Power Plants, Pulp and Paper Mills, Cement Production Plants and Steel Mills around the world.
EEC is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland and EEUK is based in Burton-on-Trent in the East Midlands of England. The businesses will be integrated into the Clyde Bergemann Power Group and will be marketed as Clyde Bergemann EEC.
This acquisition is highly significant in terms of Clyde Bergemann’s Strategy for Growth and a perfect enhancement of our current product portfolio with highly complementary products and a substantial installed base for aftermarket services.
