The furnace steam/air cleaning system could comprise of the following components:

• Wall Blowers: Model V92-E or Model RW-5E.
• Membrane heat flux sensor: Membrane heat flux sensor is cheaper and easier to install than conventional tube heat flux sensor. The membrane sensors provide live data regarding deposition location and tenacity as well as cleaning effectiveness. A membrane senosr is typical required for each wall blowers.
• Steam/Air sources: steam from boiler or air generated by air compressors. 
• Control System: this control system provides the centralized command and control link between the membrane sensor data acquisition devices and the various wall blower cleaning devices through an integral Furnace Fouling Monitor and is inclusive of the local PLC cabinets and the control room HMI, which can support the DCS interface using industry standard communication protocols Ethernet, Modbus, DH+,...
