The Clyde Bergemann Jet Blower is a unit designed specifically for multi medium cleaning, utilizing a different style lance than the RKTT described above. The jet blower utilizes a straight line (non rotating) lance with a cluster of six nozzles. The basic principle is the same, clean with steam or air while the boiler is online and then switch to pressure water online when normal cleaning is not enough and low pressure water wash offline during a shutdown.
A gauge panel is included on the unit for local reading of the cleaning media as well as pressure switches for local indications that can be transmitted to the controlling PLC. All other great features of the Clyde Bergemann retractable sootblower line are shared here as well.
