Technology Center offers a variety of training programs on boiler cleaning systems for your operations and maintenance personnel. Sootblower mechanics and electricians, maintenance foremen, plant operators and supervisors can benefit from these programs. The Technology Center offers classroom lectures as well as hands-on training. Our standard training programs can be tailored to meet your plants current boiler cleaning system problems or plant-specific needs.

One MAJOR benefit of the Clyde Bergemann, Inc. Technology Center is location. Our classroom & workshop are located right next door to the manufacturing plant for all new equipment and rebuilds. This makes available all the expertise of the design engineers and manufacturing personnel.

Common problems due to improper maintenance:

Improper packing adjustment leading to damage to the feedtube, gearbox or motor
Over indexing or no indexing at all leading to premature gearbox failure or boiler damage due to overcleaning
Gearbox failures due to improper clutch adjustment, overindexing, or wrong type of lubricant
